4Clear topcoat
A clear topcoat goes over everything, sealing the flakes in and leaving a smooth finish that wipes clean.
3Decorative flakes
While the base coat is still wet, flakes are broadcast by hand across the whole floor. Once it cures, the loose ones are scraped and vacuumed off. Prefer a solid colour? We skip this step for a plain epoxy floor.
2Epoxy base coat
A coloured epoxy base coat is rolled onto the prepared concrete. It bonds to the slab and holds the flakes in place.
1Your existing concrete
Cleaned back and repaired first. Cracks and chips are filled, because the coating is only as good as the prep.

What is spray pave?
Spray pave is a coloured coating sprayed over existing concrete. The slab is cleaned and repaired first, then coated and sealed, so you get a new look without pulling the old concrete out.
Do you pour new concrete?
No. We resurface existing concrete. If your slab has failed and needs replacing, we will tell you straight, so you can get a concreter in first.
Can you resurface cracked concrete?
Usually, yes. Surface cracks and chips are repaired as part of the prep. If the slab is moving or badly broken, resurfacing will not fix that, and we will say so when we quote.
How far do you travel?
We are based in Albury Wodonga and work across the surrounding towns on both sides of the border. If you are not sure whether we cover your town, give us a call.
